War bombs & riots.
As it has always been, my Sunday mornings are always prioritized for Sunday service celebration. Today though, has been a little hassle for the people who wanted to seek the Lord, as the Malaysian Indians were having a peaceful demonstration against the British government. They wanted to be heard, to be fairly treated and wanted their rights back. Having said that, similar to last few week's protest, the government police has sprayed chemical water and tear gases to the open crowd. I've personally witnessed the whole incident because my church was actually in Menara T.A. (opposite KLCC). Initially the crowd was very united, they were just standing around without creating problems of anyhow. Only when the police had shot tear gases, it aggravated the crowd and they started picking up the tear bombs and throwing it back to the police. It really looks funny and cool, to how once the tear gas lands at the crowd and rolls, they worked together to pour water on it to stop gas from coming out. That's something new I've learned today. Didn't know water can run out tear gas, like it's fire. It really angers me after watching the replay of it on Al-Jazeera, of how the police have acted brutally towards the crowd. If they buggers don't aggravate the crowd, it would be a total peaceful demonstration. And people won't be injured! Totally reminds me of the American 2000 Democratic National Convention. Lets all hope and pray that our country remains peaceful, in spite how much of a dirty government we could've been living in.
