good charlotte, a priceless experience

yup,we finally got 2 vip tickets on 2am of D day. We were one of the earliest there. Reached at 12, and saw 2 indian brothers. Those guys actually waited from 7am! So that makes us the third and fourth people. We actually stood at the gate from around 2 onwards and it was burning hot we can actually faint. Then there was this announcement by a lady (crew) saying that GC would be reaching in 15-20 minutes, and told others to get everything ready for soundcheck.

The four of us were practically damn excited, not knowing whether we would be able to meet them upon their arrival. Pam decided that we head to the back of the stadium, cuz most probably they would be going in secretly without being seen. So the four of us ran our hearts out to the other side and waited, took the risk. And we saw this Mercedes MPV that was coming, and we SAW THEM!!
They were waving at us, then we rannnn to them when they get down from their car. The guards were practically shoo-ing us away, and woohoo Joel pushed the guards away and came to us. I mean, c'mon there are only 4 of us, what harm can we do. The guys were SUPER nice, ESPECIALLY BILLY AND JOEL. Like what pam said, Billy responded as if he was friends with us for years. Benji was abit stuck up though, didn't bother too much. The whole time it was actually very tensed, I didn't know what to do or say to them, the guards were very strict and their manager is trying to divert GC's attention to quickly leave us and go for soundcheck. They stood with us for a pretty long time I must say. Manage to shake hands and greet them.

That was a hell of a priceless experience man. I mean, its not like an autograph session where there's 50 of them. There were only FOUR of us! And we took a group picture!! But not with our camera though, its the brothers, and Im waiting for them to send it to me, will upload it right away.

About the show, we didn't know that VIP's are into 2 categoris. DIGI VIP and VIP/MEDIA. The one we have is VIP/MEDIA, which led us to a podium at the right where we had the clearest view. Not the most front, but the clearest view. If we had the Digi Vip tickets, we would actually be standing right in the middle front, cuz we were one of the earliest to reach in. Still, the best thing was meeting with the guys. Though I'm not much of a big GC fan anymore, I must say that their live performance was pretty tight. It was in tune. A really good show actually. OneBuckShort and Estranged were so enjoyable. Pam loved it so much. Poor girl lost her contact lenses before the show started (sorry I couldn't do much)

But yeah, that was our first concert together, and I really really enjoyed it yang. Look forward to going more places with you.

photos (group with GC) will be updated later. whoohoo!!
